Versace for H&M ?! ... Si Si Si !!!

I dont know about you, but the fact that Versace is the latest high fashion designer is to team up with H&M has got me VERY EXCITED .

The past collaborations, such as those with with Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld and Lanvin, have been a huge success and I'm sure that all of you can’t wait to see the capsule collection which will be launched later this year.

Men's Summer Essenttials

Just thought that I should share my thoughts about completing this summer's 'laid-back summer' look with various outfits and summer’s essential accessories like the trilby, rucksack and casual shoes.

So I understand that SWAG is what first pops in your head but swagger doesn't get it's gold medal if you males are just pimped out in your labels like the:

• Ralph Lauren Polo's
• Gucci Hats and Belts ... (for you extra ones, the foot wear as well)
• A massive chain
• LV lil purse
• Fred Perry Clothing
• Nike/ Adidas tracksuits

GUYS!!!!



Wearing your labels from head to toe makes your ensemble look cheaper that the total cost (if it's all real). You can have elements of name brand accessories ... but most females tend to be attracted to the way you match your clothes. Not just the name brand.

So lets take this down a notch .... lets head on down to river island :)



Here we have a navy rucksack with front pocket and buckle fastening for £24.99. This is affordable and BUFF! Like, you can match this with your normal jeans, chinos or the rolled up leg crop shorts.

My Name Rachelle, 19 years old, go to London College of Fashion, My parents are from Congo, but I was born here.

Fashion is Everything. I live, walk and breather fashion. Fashion adds color into our black and white lives.Without fashion I AM NOTHING !!!

How would you define your personal style?

My personal style is very Unique and has a lot of creativity. Its ROUGE :) My city's fashion is really Upbeat, especially for the woman. The style for the 'working lady' defines the elegant and chic personality of the individual which makes the mature lady inspirational to other women

At the age 12. I was also into hair and make-up but eventually i knew that my career life had to involve  Something thank would either link to fashion or IS fashion.

Culture had inspired the majority of my work (modern Africa). I like that fact that I can link African material with contemporary styles which caters for every woman no matter their skin colour. I have used Congolese and Scottish prints in my designs.  Also, fashion around London had inspired me to create a collection for the 'city girl' (Black in Blank). But i mostly get my inspiration from anywhere, it could be from a trip that i go on to a simple pattern which eventually turns into a collection :)

What do you believe makes a quality article of clothing?

I believe that it all depends on the type of detail and effort that is put into the piece of work along with the cut and the person itself. If there is a lot of detail and hard work put in a a sketch to show off a person's style, then the hard work and effort is shown when the sketch comes to life.


From this, guys you know Rouge by Rachelle is really the 'ish right now !!! Everything she believes is PUT into her work, and look at the fabulous results !!!!

Now I know i just done a post about the whole festival season , including with what to wear but the head pieces from river island made me SO EXCITED!!! .....

.... That i JUST HAD to dedicate a single post about two of their head dresses that will go with any outfit for this years festival for the summer. Here they are !!

Festival season !!!

So in this post my aim is to get EVERYTHING for this summers music festival fashion basics covered...

...The festival fashion trend is not all about protecting yourself from the rain or spritzing your hair clean – it’s also about dressing to the nines.

With all of this in mind, you’ll find the most fun, exciting, OTT pieces around, ensuring you have the most rocking festival season yet.
